Darrey-e Eshgh

An eye-catching attraction in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiyari province, Darrey-e Eshgh (Love Valley) boasts pristine landscapes everywhere you look at. The peaceable yet enjoyable land interests tourists with gorgeous outlooks. The longest river through the valley has multiplied the beauty of the holiday resort.

There is an old myth about its naming; in the past a couple in love used to live in the valley. They had to meet one another through the river, as there was no bridge. Each at one side of the river, they would talk lovingly and shared their love stories. Ever since, it’s beautifully famed as Love Valley. Interestingly, the valley is so stunning  that everyone will fall in love with it. Covered in broad rice patches and pomegranates gardens, the nature here is truly spectacular.

In some parts of the valley you will see nomads life. Dressed in colorful traditional costumes, you will experience a brand-new way of life, simple yet healthy and exciting.

One exciting thing to do here is to go for white water rafting. You will enjoy your boat riding on the river centered in a greenery scene.
